Vintage Y2K Soft Surroundings Tan Maxi Skirt

Vintage Soft Surroundings tan maxi skirt. Has some weight to it that will add dimension to any outfit. Has some stretch to it, so I suspect it would work as both a maxi skirt and as a pulled up mini dress (quite trendy again!). Made of 100% cotton.
