**Vintage Clothing**
All sales on vintage clothing are final. Vintage clothing items are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, and their historical value and condition may vary. We take great care to provide accurate descriptions and images of our vintage clothing to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for vintage clothing. Please ensure that you thoroughly review product details and ask any questions before making your purchase.

**Other Products**
For all other non-vintage products, we offer a 10-day return policy, during which you can exchange your item for store credit.

**Eligibility for Returns**
To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

**Return Process**
1. Contact our customer support team at info@lalovelyvintage.com within 10 days of receiving your non-vintage item to initiate the return process.
2. You will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please package the item securely and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
3. Return the item within 10 days from the date you initiated the return.

**Store Credit**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you store credit for the original purchase amount, excluding shipping fees. This store credit can be used to purchase any items in our store.

**Exclusions**
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Vintage clothing (as mentioned in our Vintage Clothing section).
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Items returned after 10 days from the date you initiated the return.
- Items for which no proof of purchase is provided.
