Vintage Y2K New York & Company long sleeve layered mesh top. Bottom layer is a white mesh with a small black polka dot pattern and then a black mesh with pink and white flowers is layered on top. Has a wide scoop neckline to open the door for even more layering with a cami or some other top underneath the already layered mesh top!
