Vintage ECI New York midi skirt with a light burgundy (or cranberry) slip skirt base layered with a lovely deep burgundy sequined lace mesh on top. Has an elastic waistband to help provide some leeway in sizing and add extra comfort. Lining is 100% polyester, shell is 62% nylon and 38% polyester. In the words of one of our customers, it's very "vampy."
