This candle wick trimmer / snuffer is likely from the earlier 20th century, marking it as antique. In fairly good condition with some marks of wear on the brass from age, but still a beautiful brass color. Spring appears to be good, but would likely do best with snuffing taper candles due to the large shape of the snuffer.
