Vintage little black midi dress with a layered ruffle hem and neckline. Has two clear gems tucked into the ruffle neckline in the center, which capture the light beautifully. Can't help but think this dress was meant to be danced in with the lovely movement it has in the silhouette and fabric draping. Made of 100% polyester.
