Vintage Jackpot from the 1990's! Ruffled black maxi skirt with a raw hem to give it an even more casual silhouette. This skirt is 100% cotton and has a lining! The label says one size fits most and it does have a fairly stretchy elastic waistband so probably could fit modern day small to large. There is a hole hole in the seam for ruffle on right. Since skirt is lined, the hole only shows the lining and no skin. Otherwise good condition.
