While I don’t think this is an incredibly rare find, from a design aspect it is absolutely incredible. Naval utility jumper from 1971 in a pullover style. Two main chest pockets, anchor marked buttons at the cuffs and collar and eyelets at the waist in case you wanted to add a drawstring. Rounded “convertible collar”, similar style to those from the late 1930’s. Storage staining to the right shoulder but otherwise no flaws!
