Vintage 40's/50's sleeveless, drop-waist dress with a striped pastel pink and yellow design adorned with pastel yellow ribbon. It looks like at one point in time it had a matching yellow ribbon to around the drop-waist since it has little loops on each side still (see photos). No tag for materials or brand.
