Another absolute gem, Halloween or not. Betty boop shirt with glitter print? Now you’re talking my language. Bright orange Betty from 2002, and though I’m not sure what she’s trying to say in this quote I can assure you her outfit is phenomenal! Incredible cropped fit, whoever owned it originally added a very funky wavy hem to the bottom. Pristine; condition, ready to go!
