Vintage 1950/60’s Levi’s 507XX Denim Trucker Jacket
No way, one of these in an actual wearable adult size? You’ve gotta be kidding me. For every 40 of these I see at a 19” pit to pit I see one decently sized one, so this is special for us. Light medium wash Levi’s “type 2” 507xx trucker jacket from the late 1950’s or early 1960’s. Double sided red tab, two large central pockets, Levi’s branded rivets and buttons and a blend of lemon and copper stitching throughout. Lovingly brought back to pristine form by Science and Kindness out of Minnesota, jacket has been darned at the wrists, cuffs, back of collar, back left shoulder and at the middle righthand pleat. Bottom button has been replaced as well. Minor rust marks on the right arms interior seam, otherwise sound.
