Words can not describe my sheer excitement when I discovered this wasn’t a skirt, but a skort! Killer floral one for, express, the undisputed 1990’s skirt champions. Floral exterior with a teal interior that matches the base of the floral print perfectly. Elastic at the waist with a tie front for adjustability both ways!
